Gave up on color again. Stripped all of it off and went back to all white. Like it so much better. Also like having the documents revealed in the drawer. Waiting for switch so I can to add the audio interactivity to the drawer. Need to mangle Dvořák's "From the New World" a little more to to match my memory of the event of the kids playing the symphony for me.

Working on the audio and the base.

Figures all done. Just a little bit of clean up on the painting and it should be done. A bit bland, but I do like the integration of archives. Will continue working to find a good way to do this.

Added the images of the student cards to the base. Next step is to add the figures and more details. It's going to get weird if I have to paint the white again, as it will involve some kind of fussy masking. Overall, I'm happy with the look so far.

Botched the first drawer: a bit loose, so I made a new one. Like this one better.

Working on the drawer part that goes in the base. No interactivity with this one, so nothing complicated to work out.

Inching along on new memory sculpture. Spent too much time cutting out windows by hand, but hopefully it will look okay. Drawer in base for archival stuff.

Updating an old book from 1997. Wanting to see how it would look printed from an online print service. Would also like to make some more models from the stories. Hopefully this can be part of a tansu style box.
